Cancellation Policy

• 🚨 Cancellation & Reschedule:

  Kindly let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled class if you need to cancel or reschedule. We totally understand life happens, and with a bit of notice, we can accommodate changes without any hassle!
  

• 🕒 Late Cancellation or Reschedule:

  Unfortunately, any cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your class time are non-refundable. We're sure you understand – it's all about fairness and making sure everyone has a chance to join in!
  

  🚫 No-Show Policy:

  If you miss a class without prior notice, it's a bummer for everyone. Your slot could've been filled by another eager Pilates enthusiast! Therefore, no-shows are forfeited and non-refundable and non-transferrable.
